53 year old woman was bitten by a dog and sustained a left shoulder injury and dog bites to her arm and torso. The case went to trial and the jury awarded our client over $100,000.00. After the Court awarded interest, costs and attorney fees, a Judgment of $169,791.05 was paid by the dog owner’s insurance company. The only offer prior to trial was $10,000.00.
