I never expected to be injured by a dog, it was traumatic as well as physically painful with long term physical and mental effects. I contacted Glenn with the idea that I would not move forward, I was really unsure that I wanted to do this. I still had Dr. and hospital bills that would make the already painful process even worse. Glenn was knowledgeable and effective about both the process and the law itself. He really believes in helping people and I felt that compassion from him when he would contact me personally when there was something which was going to be upsetting or when there was news about timing etc. He never left it to an office administrator to contact me. I hope to never have the experience of this type of injury again, but if I do, or any of my family does, I would definitely recommend Glenn for his professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic handling of his clientele.
